If you’re

What you’ll be doing
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business development and sales growth
- Identify and target potential customers in the market for our digital marketing services
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Aggressively prospect for new clients using LinkedIn and other means
- Work closely with the senior management team to develop targeted lists, marketing strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
- Qualify and nurture new leads via email outreach/ LinkedIn prospecting
- Qualify inbound leads
- Report on weekly activity
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities, appointments and closed deals
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings to effectively position our products
Requirements
- Required to operate within company operating hours: Monday to Friday from 8AM to 4PM /or 9AM to 5PM ET
- Minimum of 5+ years of business development or sales experience
- Knowledge of DTC customer lifecycle and marketing journey
- Ability to understand customer pain points and identify potential solutions
- Strong work ethic
- Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
- High energy and positive attitude
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
