AI Runway Looks
Couture collections styled, cast and filmed on AI runways, no set required.
HOUSEINK Studio is an AI creative production studio in Tampa Bay, Florida. We direct AI video, from animated explainers to high-end commercials, plus product photography and campaign imagery. Every project starts with a script and storyboard and finishes with human editing, color and sound, so the work looks premium and stays on brand.
THE AI CREATIVE OPPORTUNITY
AI takes your audience into worlds no camera can reach.
Clear direction and a great story make them worth watching.
Shrink inside a loaf of sourdough, build a product from its parts or give your brand a character people remember. We use AI to create scenes impossible or too costly to shoot, then shape every frame with a script, an edit and a clear message.
WHAT WE CREATE
Fashion films, product scenes, characters, medical explainers and property previews, each one scripted, directed and finished by our team.
Couture collections styled, cast and filmed on AI runways, no set required.
Fresh product and lifestyle scenes, no reshoot needed.

Expressive characters and brand mascots brought to life through AI animation.
Cinematic product close-ups and reveals for launches, ecommerce and social ads.

Animated explainers that help patients understand care, treatments and procedures.

Bring spaces to life with AI interiors, architectural concepts and property films.
FROM SCRIPT TO SCREEN
AI makes more shots possible. The value is in the decisions: what the story needs, which shot earns its place and how the cut comes together.

Breathing in, the path to the lungs.“Press once, and breathe in slowly.”
The inhaler, ready to press.“The medicine rides your breath down the windpipe and into your lungs.”
Follow the path into the lungs.“There, it helps tight muscles relax, so the airway opens.”

AI CREATIVE ANSWERS
AI video production uses generative tools to create scenes, characters and motion that would be impossible or too costly to film. At HOUSEINK Studio, every project still starts with a script and storyboard and finishes with human editing, color and sound, so the result plays like a produced film rather than a raw generation.
No. AI creates parts of the footage and imagery, but people direct every project. Our team writes the script, chooses the shots, retouches and edits the material and approves the final cut. You get the speed and range of AI with the judgment of a creative studio.
Yes. Each project is built from your brief, brand references and an original creative direction, then refined by hand. We do not reuse another client’s work, and we avoid real logos and recognizable people unless you supply the rights to use them.
Yes. We create explainer videos for hospitals, clinics and healthcare brands that show how a condition, treatment or procedure works. We make the content clear and easy to follow, and your clinical team reviews and approves it for accuracy before anything is published.
No. AI is one production method among several. We recommend it when it adds something a camera or traditional animation cannot, such as impossible scenes or fast variations, and combine it with live footage, motion design or photography when that serves the story better.
It often is, because there are no locations, crews or reshoots to schedule, and scenes can be changed without starting over. Timing still depends on the script, the number of scenes and review rounds, which we plan together at the start of the project.
Commercial use depends on the tools, source material, licenses and where the work will run. We review those requirements for each project before delivery, and agree ownership terms, usage rights and any additional review as part of the scope.
