GETTING STARTED

First steps,
made simple.

How do we start working with HOUSEINK Studio?

Start with a conversation. Share what you are building, what needs to change and any timing you have in mind. HOUSEINK Studio talks it through with you on Zoom, recommends the right mix of services, then sends a clear proposal with scope, timing and fees before any work begins.

Can we start with a small, focused project?

Yes. Many clients start with one defined piece, such as a logo refresh, a landing page, a campaign or an AI pilot. It is a low-risk way to see how we work together, and it often becomes the first step in a bigger plan.

What should we prepare before the first call?

Nothing formal. It helps to know your goals, your audience, any deadlines and a rough budget range. Bring links to your current site, brand files or work you admire. If you have a brief, great. If not, we can shape one together.

How soon can a project start?

It depends on the scope and the studio’s current schedule. HOUSEINK Studio shares a realistic start date and timeline in the first conversation, so you can plan launches, campaigns and approvals around real dates.

PRICING + SCOPE

Clear scope.
No surprises.

How is a project priced?

Each project is priced on its scope, deliverables and complexity, not a one-size package. After the first conversation, HOUSEINK Studio sends a written proposal with the scope, timeline and fees, so you know exactly what is included before you commit.

Do you offer ongoing support or retainers?

Yes. Once a brand or website is live, many teams keep HOUSEINK Studio on for campaigns, content, design updates, SEO and AI automation. Ongoing work is scoped as a monthly plan or a set of projects, whichever fits your team.

What is included in a proposal?

A HOUSEINK Studio proposal lists the goals, deliverables, timeline, review rounds, responsibilities and fees, plus anything that is not included, such as hosting, stock licenses or paid media. Everything is agreed in writing before work begins.

Who owns the final work?

Ownership and usage rights are spelled out in your proposal before the project starts. Third-party items such as fonts, stock photos, music and software follow their own licenses, and we tell you about them up front.

PROCESS + COLLABORATION

How the work
actually flows.

What does a typical project look like?

Most projects move through four steps: discover your goals and audience, shape the direction, design and build, then launch and refine. You see the work at planned review points, so decisions happen early and nothing surprises you at the end.

How do meetings and communication work?

Most HOUSEINK Studio meetings happen on Zoom, with shared files and clear check-ins between them. We meet in person around Tampa Bay when it helps, for kickoffs, reviews or shoots. You always know who is doing the work and what comes next.

How many rounds of feedback do we get?

Review rounds are set in your proposal, so everyone knows the plan. Each round collects consolidated feedback from your team, and we explain the thinking behind design choices so feedback stays focused on your goals.

Can you work with our in-house team or other agencies?

Yes. HOUSEINK Studio often works alongside in-house marketers, developers and partner agencies. We can lead the creative, fill a specific gap, or build systems and guidelines your team keeps using after the project.

AI + CREATIVE

AI that helps.
People who decide.

Do you use AI in your creative work?

Yes, where it helps. HOUSEINK Studio uses AI for concepting, image and video production, ad variations and workflow automation. People set the direction, review every output and decide what is ready to publish. AI speeds up the craft; it does not replace it. See AI Creative.

Who reviews AI-generated work?

People do, every time. Our creatives check AI outputs for brand fit, accuracy, quality and rights before anything reaches you. For regulated topics, your own experts review the claims too. Human review is built into every AI workflow we set up.

Can AI match our brand voice and style?

It can get close when it is set up well. HOUSEINK Studio builds custom AI skills that carry your brand voice, colors, rules and approved examples, so outputs start on brand. A person still reviews and refines the work before it goes live.

Can we use AI-generated work commercially?

Usually, but it depends on the tools, their terms and what the content shows. We use tools with commercial terms, avoid real people and trademarks you do not own, and flag any risks before you publish.

WEBSITES + PLATFORMS

Sites that work
long after launch.

Which website platforms do you work with?

HOUSEINK Studio works with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, Astro and other platforms. We review your current setup, who needs to edit the site and what it must connect to, then recommend the platform that fits rather than the one we prefer.

Can you redesign our site without losing search rankings?

Yes, with planning. Before launch we map every old page to its new home, set up redirects, carry over titles and metadata and check structured data. After launch we watch Search Console so issues are caught and fixed quickly. See SEO + AEO.

Will we be able to update the website ourselves?

Yes. HOUSEINK Studio designs sites so your team can edit pages, posts and products without code, and we walk you through it at handoff. Bigger changes, like new templates or features, can be added later as a project or support plan.

Do you handle hosting and maintenance?

We can. Hosting, updates, backups and monitoring are scoped separately, so you only pay for what you need. If you already have a host or IT team, we hand over clean, documented files and work with them.
