EMAIL MARKETING ANSWERS

Before you send.Your questions.

What does email marketing include?

Email marketing combines message direction, copy and visual design for campaigns, newsletters and lifecycle communications. Deliverables can include subject lines, preheaders, email layouts, supporting assets and reusable modules, as agreed in the brief.

Can you work with our existing email platform?

Yes. We can design around the capabilities and constraints of your existing platform and templates. We confirm the implementation requirements with your team before work begins. Email coding, platform setup and sending are separate scope items.

Do you write the email copy?

Copy development can be included alongside design, from the subject line and preheader to the body and call to action. We agree the audience, message, offer and approval process before developing the creative.

Can you design a connected email sequence?

Yes. We can plan the creative progression across welcome, onboarding, launch or other lifecycle sequences. We define the purpose of each message and how the series fits together. Automation setup and audience rules are agreed separately.

Can our team reuse the designs?

Yes. Reusable layouts, modules and usage guidance can be included so your team can create future messages consistently. We design those components around the content you send regularly and the tools your team uses.

How do you approach testing?

We can develop purposeful creative variations, such as alternate headlines, visual approaches or calls to action. Rendering checks depend on the agreed build scope and target email clients. Campaign testing, sending and performance measurement are coordinated with your marketing team.
